Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases and subscriptions for games and services operated by Aspire to Achieve Studios LLC, including Hand and Foot Frenzy. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@aspiretoachieve.com — we answer every message.
Canceling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription (such as the Hand and Foot Frenzy Ranked subscription) at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — you keep access to the paid features until then, and you will not be charged again. How to cancel depends on where you originally subscribed:
- Web subscriptions: Cancel from your in-game account settings, which opens the Stripe customer portal where you can manage or cancel your subscription. You can also email support@aspiretoachieve.com and we will cancel it for you.
- iOS subscriptions: Cancel through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store cannot be canceled by us; you must cancel via Apple's subscription management.
- Android subscriptions: Cancel through the Google Play Store → Subscriptions screen on your device or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play cannot be canceled by us; you must cancel via Google Play's subscription management.
Refunds for subscriptions
Unused portions of a subscription period are generally non-refundable: when you cancel, the subscription simply runs to the end of the period you already paid for. That said, we review refund requests for web purchases on a case-by-case basis — if something went wrong (for example, an accidental renewal or a service problem), email support@aspiretoachieve.com with the date and amount of the charge and we will take a look.
Refunds for one-time purchases
Refund requests for one-time purchases made on the web (such as the Hand and Foot Frenzy Pro Unlock) are also handled by email at support@aspiretoachieve.com and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Purchases made through Apple or Google
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the platform where the purchase was made, per their policies — we cannot issue those refunds directly:
- App Store purchases (iOS): Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play purchases (Android): Request a refund from Google via the Play Store app or Google Play's refund process at support.google.com/googleplay.
Identifying our charges
ASPIRE* [PRODUCT] — for example,
ASPIRE* HANDFOOT for Hand and Foot Frenzy purchases. If you see a
charge in this format that you don't recognize, contact
support@aspiretoachieve.com before initiating a
chargeback — we can usually resolve it faster.
